How Do I Post  Bail Bond?
Posting bail for someone can be an easy and simple process even if you are not in the same city or state as the detainee.

The fee or premium for a bond is regulated by the Florida Department of Financial Services and should never vary from bond agency to bond agency. The premium is based on a percentage of the bond. The rates are 10% for state court and 15% in federal court. Also note that there is a $100 minimum fee on any bond under $1000.

In addition to the fee, collateral is also generally required. There are many different things that can be used for collateral and each client's case is considered on an individual basis.

What Is Collateral?
Collateral is used to make sure that the person in jail appears in court when they are required to do so. If the person does not appear (ie-skips bond), the collateral will be sold, or converted to cash to pay for the bond. As long as the person in jail goes to court every time it is required, your collateral will be promptly returned. Call 954.463.6363 for information on the different types of collateral.
